The Japanese Street Fighter IV Blog is teasing fans with a post announcing that news regarding a sequel is "coming soon."

Now before you get your hopes up, remember that we're talking about Street Fighter here -- a series known for creating spinoff, after spinoff and being stingy with the sequels.  Odds are we'll see a new version of Street Fighter IV, and we'll have to wait a while for SF V.

While the blog didn't give any information on a timeframe for the announcement, The Tokyo Game Show is coming up -- seems like as good of a place as any.

It will most likely be an SF4 turbo edition that will even out some of the match ups, like the overly strong Sagat. I know that I've got my fingers crossed, along with the thousands of Street Fighter fans, that it will be a SF4 Championship Edition. And, that it's a required DLC.
